We are a lean team connecting people in hard moments with lawyers who can actually help. Everyone here has a real shot at making an impact in an industry that is long overdue for better access and better outcomes.
In your interview, walk us through how you actually work: the tools you rely on, the workflows you have built, and where your judgment takes over. We genuinely love seeing other people’s setups.
At LawFinch, you’ll help people in some of the hardest moments of their lives find the right attorney, and help good attorneys build their practice. We keep the team small, give people real ownership, and measure ourselves by what actually ships. If that sounds like how you like to work, you’ll fit right in.
There is no layer of managers translating strategy into tasks for you, and you would not want one.
You are a self-starter. You know how to size up an opportunity, pick an approach, and see it through, and you enjoy standing behind the results.
Showing up every day beats the occasional heroic sprint.
You keep the promises you make to yourself and to the team, and you let consistency do the compounding.
You are on the self-development path: you know how to set goals and how to chase them.
You learn fastest with your hands on the work, and you would rather ship a draft today than theorize about it for a week.
You do not just tolerate feedback, you go looking for it.
Honest input, early and often, is how your work gets great, and giving it well is how you help everyone else's.
The people using LawFinch are facing some of the most stressful moments of their lives: a divorce, potentially losing their kids, an eviction, a DUI, a parent who died without a will.
You care about getting it right when the stakes are this human. So do we.
Everyone here sees the numbers in every corner of the business.
You enjoy working where nothing is hidden: everyone has a voice, everyone can contribute anywhere, and we win, and sometimes suffer, together.
We hire slowly and give people a lot of room. If a role is listed here, it is genuinely open and we are reading every application.
You will introduce LawFinch to attorneys and firms that could be a strong fit for our network. Your job is to understand how a practice is trying to grow, start thoughtful conversations, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to earn credibility with busy professionals.
You will help attorneys get real value from LawFinch after they join. You will guide new customers through onboarding, understand how their team handles new inquiries, and help them improve the process from first contact to retained client. You will also recognize risks early, solve problems quickly, and build the kind of relationships that lead to long-term customers.
This role is responsible for building demand among attorneys and legal service providers who could become LawFinch customers. You will identify the right audiences, create campaigns that get their attention, and turn that interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team. The work may span paid media, email, content, partnerships, landing pages, and new channel experiments. You will be expected to move quickly, test often, and stay focused on the number and quality of new customer opportunities you generate.
Do not see your role? Tell us what you would build here and we will read it.
We are not going to pretend we have a corporate campus. What we do have is autonomy, real ownership, and a company that pays for the tools you need to move fast.
Two short conversations, then a paid day doing the actual work. About two weeks start to finish, and you get real feedback at every step.

We love that! Send us the role you’re interested in filling, along with a short note (video is a plus) on why you think you’re the one for the job, and include how AI has changed the way you work.
We read every application ourselves and reply either way.
